CloudShare vs. WorkRamp

I mentioned that during the last two years, a lot of the training we do at my business was impacted, just like a lot of companies. My biggest thing was getting everyone on the same page, and I feel some software does that better than others. With Cloudshare, It allowed me especially to see an accurate snapshot of what was going on with the learning portion of the work that we do by making it easy to digest what was going on in my workplace.

WorkRamp is well suited for Employee Onboarding, Continuous Training, and Ad Hoc training assignments. We specifically use it to roll out training on new products that roll out so that we don't tie up hours of people's time to meet in person and roll it out in a live setting

• Took more time to onboard everyone with how to use it.
• VM can be very slow at times.
• Feel like some process are overcomplicated.

WorkRamp has allowed us to keep employees up to date on the most recent trainings so that the entire workforce is working on the same information. It has also allowed us to roll out that training on an ad hoc basis vs gathering everyone together for live training, which can be delayed with calendar conflicts

I just felt that Azure had little to no help on the base tiers, whereas with Cloudshare, I felt a fuller "user experience" as it pertains to getting help when I and when my team needed it. I think that was the biggest and main thing in my opinion. In this software space, sometimes the little things can be the difference in picking one software over the other, and that basically was it for us!

WorkRamp has better user experience and user interface.

• We save time as we can keep virtual classrooms always ready.
• It may vary according to the usage scenario, but the user interface is comfortable. When you go into a little detail, you may not need counseling for initial use.
• You can manage the jobs that you would do multiple times on other platforms at once from here.
• All of these actually give you a profit. Time wasted, less application usage, less resource consumption, etc.
