Likelihood to Recommend	Cloze, Inc. It's ok for personal use but for business use, it is begging to become a terrible system. We used it for 5 years and after that, we have decided to move to a different system, upon export of the information we started looking at and our database of contacts was so messed up with contacts merged together that don't belong together. So as our database was so corrupted we had to start over with new contact lists and rebuild everything again. Support Rating	Cloze, Inc. The ONLY issue that I have is there is ZERO phone customer service or training. Return on Investment	Cloze, Inc. Negative - We have a contact database of 100000 contacts that we have to go in and rebuild on our new TMS system because, in our experience, Cloze destroyed 5 years worth of data with their smart features and AI.
