XMedius is well suited for a large business with hundreds of fax numbers. Could you imagine trying to manage 1000 individual fax machines? That would be a nightmare! Instead it's all in one neat place

  • XM Fax Support worked directly with Xerox to correct an issue I had with a device software update. Issues correct within a few days.
  • XM Fax provided onsite sales support for sales and technical training.

  • Error logs include error codes, but sometimes it is hard to understand what it means. Either a shared documentation or detailed error log might help end users better to detect any issue on fax requests.

In fact, you can even choose your own fax number.Once you are done with the sign up process, you will be taken to your CocoFax dashboard. You can also access this dashboard through any computer just by logging into your account on CocoFax’s website.Screenshot of You can click Setting Fax Cover to customize your fax cover, and click the Setting icon for other settings such as the Retry option.Screenshot of To send a fax, you will have to click on the ‘NEW FAX’ button on the corner of the dashboard. This will open a fax creation popup.
