Whenever a customer raises a request the same is forwarded to a designated executive with a unique ticket number. Customers can raise their problems via the business website or even an email. They are also sent a confirmatory email that allows them to track the statues of their ticket and also reach out to the concerned executives within the company. All this helps in making customer care fair, efficient and most importantly transparent for the benefit of the customers

In my experience using RumbleTalk talk for my radio station, it's easy and reliable. It connects my listeners in one place our DJs can interact and more. This is really great for my organization it's helping a lot, and I wouldn't change it for anything. It's easy to use and it provides everything I'm looking for.

Customer support seems pretty good — though we haven't had many issues, our experience with getting them to troubleshoot our Salesforce integration was really the only frustrating part. We had to repeat ourselves a bunch, and the issue never really went away. We just ignored it and moved beyond
