Comodo Dome Antispam vs. RoboForm

Spams are getting
common for almost all companies either big or small so this tool is also
becoming a necessity for almost everyone. This tool has all the essentials to
protect the emails box from threats like spam filters, blacklists, and also
archive emails to ensure the availability of emails if there would occur any
mishap. and what makes it a bit unsuitable

is its expensive rates and support team.

I use it on an almost hourly basis. With probably 10+ years of use, I have used it for everything and have found very little that it won't complete, but it isn't very good on mobile devices. I use it on my phone strictly as a reference because it does not work with either Samsung internet browser or Chrome for Android.

• Spam Filteration: it helps in filtering our junk and spam mails that can have any kind of ransomware or any other threat.
• Blacklist: Its blacklist feature is another great feature.
• Installation: We didn’t need any IT guy to help us in the implementation of this tool as it offers an easy installation.

• It remembers all our logons
• It has a good alphabetizing system
• You can store multiple users
• It also has a mobile app which is great

• Expensive rate of its subscription.
• Its notification feature sometimes provides false alerts.
• To figure out the problem related to its notification we tried to reach out to its team but they didn’t even respond properly and took a lot of time.

• Recommend periodic purging of unused passwords.
• Offer a "compromised password" alert feature.
• Don't remind me about a recent update as often as you do now. (I might be able to control this on my desktop's notification settings?)

I had heard a lot about SpamTitan and this compelled me to
buy this product but I recognized that it was not worth the hype it was just an
overrated tool. It wasn’t having advanced features but was just following a
monotony. and other than that the Price was an issue. Although we are paying
high for Comodo too at least we are getting something in return but in the case
of Spam Titan, we were getting nothing so it was simply lost and Comodo is
totally a Win-win Situation for me and my company.

The number one alternative we see is LastPass. Many of our clients use it and are happy with it and I'm sure it's very close to RoboForm. I have personally used RoboForm for at least 10 years and have been extremely happy with it, so we did not do much comparing recently.

• Our official mailboxes are secure.
• Threat-free environment.
• Spams are filtered.
• Nothing to say in Negative ROI as there isn’t any.
