Overall Satisfaction with RoboForm

It is used for storing all site passwords, hardware passwords (equipment accessed by IP), form data and company credit card data used to complete orders at vendor websites. It stores and password protects them so they are safe from anyone without the proper access.
  • creates unique, strong passwords
  • simplifies login to websites
  • allows the user to create folders to organize the passwords
  • filling forms doesn't always fill in everything that is asked for, even though it is in RoboForm
  • the mobile version does not work with browsers. you have to open the site from within RoboForm
  • it saves an enormous amount of time getting to websites
  • it allows you to keep track of past passwords in the notes so you can refer back to them to reset a password (sometimes sites ask for the last known good password)
  • I have 2 profiles set up - one for business and one for personal so I always have access to every site I need
RoboForm is easier to use and more intuitive than the others in my opinion. It has more flexibility in what it can/will store.

Do you think RoboForm delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with RoboForm's feature set?

Yes

Did RoboForm live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of RoboForm go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy RoboForm again?

Yes

I use it on an almost hourly basis. With probably 10+ years of use, I have used it for everything and have found very little that it won't complete, but it isn't very good on mobile devices. I use it on my phone strictly as a reference because it does not work with either Samsung internet browser or Chrome for Android.

Using RoboForm
