Overall Satisfaction with RoboForm
The business problem that RoboForm solves in our organization is that we do not have to remember all our passwords. Easy access to passwords.
- It remembers all our logons
- It has a good alphabetizing system
- You can store multiple users
- It also has a mobile app which is great
- Sometimes it can't find the login and I have to look and search for login
- Easier search feature
- Also, better clarification of passwords
- The ROI on this product is very good for under $30.00 annually we have a password manager
- It takes the worrying out remembering passwords which saves time and money
- You can print out a list of all your passwords for safe keeping
RoboForm is just generally easier to use than LastPass. I am in the computer business and I have set up both. RoboForm is by far easier in setup and use. LastPass is more complicated. My clients have changed to RoboForm once they see it in action. Plus I think RoboForm is slightly less expensive. Also, I love the Chrome and Edge extensions.
