And I mean that wholeheartedly, only because my experience has been so wonderful, and one of the things that I was warned against moving to Conga CLM was support. "Oh, their support's not that great." Absolutely wrong. I have received nothing but top-notch service support and there have been a lot of service requests for me only because of my gap in knowledge and every single person, one person in particular, always was jumped right in, very quick to respond, didn't just throw a knowledge article at me, actually said, "Hey, let's get on a Zoom together. Let's figure out what the issue is, and let's figure out what the solution is. " And it's that game changer for me. I'm very big on customer service, and Conga's support staff is amazing. I give a 12 on that. The product itself is just easy, and the team loves it. It works great. I work directly with sales, and we're actually wanting to get more of our documents into Conga CLM. Right now, we just have our master service agreement and some of our order forms, but we have other amendments and addendums and other business lines that we're trying to get into the system. It's just finding time.

Corel Painter does have a lot of great brushes, and they do emulate real art supplies very well. Especially the thick paint is well done. But unfortunately there are so many functional and UX bugs that overall it is just horrible to work with. When contacting customer support about it, they really seem clueless about the seriousness of the situation, and clueless about what proper UX is in general. They have tried to make it work a bit like Photoshop, which is a good move but then some things are absolutely not intuitive at all and they are definitely missing the mark horribly with so many issues. I would highly recommend using Photoshop instead, though you'll have to download them separately; it also offers a lot of great brushes nowadays and works much much smoother without all those aggravating bugs of Painter. The price of Corel Painter is just not at all worth all these horrible bugs.
Template driven contract creation: when sales team needs to generate multiple contracts per day, instead of manually drafting each contract , by Conga CLM we can select pre approved template and system auto fills pricing details , customer name, legal terms etc
Renewal and obligation tracking: Conga CLM sends automated alerts when renewal noticed needs to be send 30days before expiry. It also flags upcoming renewals.
Audit trail and compliance: Conga CLM logs every action automatically and supports regulatory compliance like SOX audit.

Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. I would give it a 10 because it's easy. The way that we've set it up and the process, you know, when you're working with a sales team, which is what I work with, they need something easy to learn and quick because they need to concentrate on making sales. So you got to give them that. And that's exactly what Conga CLM has offered to us, a very easy platform that they can get their contracts out the door, we can get to clients and then they can move on to their next sale.

If it wasn't quite clear yet, I'll state it again: the usability of Corel Painter is, simply put, horrid. And I am not talking about rendering, lagging, etc., it is not even all that bad there. I am talking about the weird issues like being unable to move a brush into a custom brush palette when you work on a second screen, like being unable to move the software onto the second screen in the first place unless you separate all the palettes and the windows (and if nobody tells you upfront there is no way of knowing because the manual doesn't state this at all), and then having to drag all your separate windows and palettes over one by one every time your computer wakes up again, and they won't really want to move to the other screen but only through a tiny corner of your screen, and the fact that you have to scroll through lists and lists of fonts but can't search and when you apply this font, add another piece of text the font jumps back to the default font of all the text already applied even when you haven't selected any of the text. Just to name a very small few.
Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.

Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.

Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep

It was really hard to get them to understand what I was having problems with. It was hard to get the message through that Painter has an unacceptable amount of functional and UX bugs. When I finally talked to someone who was easier to communicate with, he was very stoic about the situation, like they didn't really care about the awful amount of bugs.

Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning

Conga CLM capabilities and speed is very good compared to other CLM solutions and also scalable and easy to configure and manage the enhancements. Conga CLm is also great for multiple verticals and users from various departments can easily adopt to the CLM applications or tool. The eas of use is also a factor

Corel Painter has support to multiple OS and across all the devices. Coloring and multi layer imaging works very well. The new enhanced brush settings and the redesigned brush libraries.

Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.

The time saved for our Legal team to generate and go through redlining for customers allows us to process the create the multitude of contracts that come through the system daily quickly and correctly.
Sales is able to get accurate information relatively quickly and get contracts in customers hands faster due to the tools available. This provides our business a much more sustainable and quick ability to grow.
