And I mean that wholeheartedly, only because my experience has been so wonderful, and one of the things that I was warned against moving to Conga CLM was support. "Oh, their support's not that great." Absolutely wrong. I have received nothing but top-notch service support and there have been a lot of service requests for me only because of my gap in knowledge and every single person, one person in particular, always was jumped right in, very quick to respond, didn't just throw a knowledge article at me, actually said, "Hey, let's get on a Zoom together. Let's figure out what the issue is, and let's figure out what the solution is. " And it's that game changer for me. I'm very big on customer service, and Conga's support staff is amazing. I give a 12 on that. The product itself is just easy, and the team loves it. It works great. I work directly with sales, and we're actually wanting to get more of our documents into Conga CLM. Right now, we just have our master service agreement and some of our order forms, but we have other amendments and addendums and other business lines that we're trying to get into the system. It's just finding time.

Darktrace is a product well suited for the vast majority of infrastructures and helps monitoring and responding to threats based on the network in a very elastic way. This is a product based on on-premise infrastructures that hosts its machines locally, of course it can be technically difficult to monitor an entire On-Cloud infrastructure but even there there's room for sensors and monitoring, not to mention the SaaS and mail integration that completes the product.

Template driven contract creation: when sales team needs to generate multiple contracts per day, instead of manually drafting each contract , by Conga CLM we can select pre approved template and system auto fills pricing details , customer name, legal terms etc
Renewal and obligation tracking: Conga CLM sends automated alerts when renewal noticed needs to be send 30days before expiry. It also flags upcoming renewals.
Audit trail and compliance: Conga CLM logs every action automatically and supports regulatory compliance like SOX audit.

There are few areas that I would say need to be improved; their customer support portal allows you to log tickets with any suggestions or things you feel the product is missing, and they will generally show you how to achieve what you want, or in some cases, introduce it as a feature in a later update.

Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. I would give it a 10 because it's easy. The way that we've set it up and the process, you know, when you're working with a sales team, which is what I work with, they need something easy to learn and quick because they need to concentrate on making sales. So you got to give them that. And that's exactly what Conga CLM has offered to us, a very easy platform that they can get their contracts out the door, we can get to clients and then they can move on to their next sale.

The Darktrace toolset is very expansive, allowing it to handle many different tasks, but this leads to a user interface that is sometimes not at all intuitive. Icons don't always make sense visually, and the associated tool tips do not always provide enough detail on what action the button performs

Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.

Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.

Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep

Darktrace support is excellent in my experience. They send a competent engineer on-site to provide on-boarding training. They were also very responsive in responding to questions and concerns. Having an individual point of contact who is a competent network and security engineer is not a common experience, at least for me.

Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning

Conga CLM capabilities and speed is very good compared to other CLM solutions and also scalable and easy to configure and manage the enhancements. Conga CLm is also great for multiple verticals and users from various departments can easily adopt to the CLM applications or tool. The eas of use is also a factor

We did NOT select Darktrace. OSSIM/AlienVault is a more mature product and it provided better intelligence and reporting. The end user interface is much easier to use - and you can tell built form engineers who have had to do the work. My suggestion for anyone considering Darktrace, is to get the price upfront; do a 30/60 onsite trail; and do the same thing, at the same time, with AlienVault. AlientVault will win every time. I say that because that's exactly what I did.

Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.

The time saved for our Legal team to generate and go through redlining for customers allows us to process the create the multitude of contracts that come through the system daily quickly and correctly.
Sales is able to get accurate information relatively quickly and get contracts in customers hands faster due to the tools available. This provides our business a much more sustainable and quick ability to grow.

One big positive is how it helps us with the security assessments that clients have done on us. They are looking to see if we know how we might have unusual/malicious traffic running on the network.
If you have a small network and only need 1 appliance, it can be a good ROI and peace of mind.
You could go down a hole in trying to spend time looking at all of your traffic with this software. You need to focus only on what it is showing as potential bad traffic.
