I would give it a 10 because it's easy. The way that we've set it up and the process, you know, when you're working with a sales team, which is what I work with, they need something easy to learn and quick because they need to concentrate on making sales. So you got to give them that. And that's exactly what Conga CLM has offered to us, a very easy platform that they can get their contracts out the door, we can get to clients and then they can move on to their next sale.

We were long-term Spring CM users for about seven years, well before DocuSign bought them out about three to four years ago. And actually, that was one of the main reasons we wanted to leave Spring CM: DocuSign owned it, and the service went downhill.
