It is well suited if you are just getting started in the MSP world. It is easy to setup and easy for technicians to understand. Technicians can be trained to use the systems in a matter of just a day. Dashboards help us track our goals and KPIs. ServiceNow works better from a security incident perspective. The mobile client allows you to stay fully connected no matter where you are so when a security incident happens you are in the loop.

Unanet is a great system and has really helped our managers gain more insight to their projects. We have faster timesheet completion rates which leads to faster billing. We have been very happy with the system but there are some trial and error scenarios where it takes us some time to actually get the data needed or use the system the way we need it to be utilized. Thankfully they do have a great support staff that assists with issues as they arise.

• The time keeping component works well. It gives a level of confidentiality we did not have in our previous home grown system.
• We are able to set up projects based on a number of criteria, allowing us to differentiate for reporting purposes.
• We can easily import billing information into our Financial system from Unanet, when previously we would manually enter this information.

Useability is high. There are many filters that can be used to make sure we are staying on track with our SLAs and we can easily track time to solve for tickets. The dashboard also has an easy way to filter out the noise and see which tickets are priority right now and which ones should be a P1 issue

The support of Unanet is incredible, A simple email to their support team always gets a response in less than 24 hours and is really solutions focused. Unanet support is the best out there- guaranteed

Hubspot is much more user friendly but there are certain things that hubspot doesnt do such as submitting tickets and looking at history with contact/company.

We were used to Deltek's Costpoint from the prior company and Unanet is far easier to use for users, accounting personnel, project managers, and corporate managers. Continuous enhancements lead us to believe that Unanet will be even better in meeting our needs.
