Contactbook vs. WorkHub Connect

Contactbook is really simple to use, even for non techies. The people that can collaborate with you just need to log-in and the app starts working. This was really important because we needed an accessible app for anyone involved in the project. Sometimes our clients were just getting started using apps, and the good ui and helpful text from Contactbook helped a lot

WorkHub Connect gives an excellent experience to communicate with your co workers. Its design is quite different from other such products but I like it (others may disagree with me). In my personal opinion, its thread section should be improved. Users usually get lost when they click on the thread and the screen becomes abruptly zoomed in. But it is not a permanent thing.

• Ability to create a separate channel and groups and only communicate with people who are relevant to you.
• Using the @ notation, you can tag people in messages and reply to a message thread.
• To notify only specific people who have joined the channel, use annotations such as @all, @channel, or any customized form.

• The free trial is not enough to try all the product, but you can start with a beginner plan
• It would be good to be able to speed up the sync process

• We should be able to send voice notes over chats.
• It is not a fully matured tool, so there are very frequent updates.

Contactbook was easier to use, because Zoho ContactManager apps weren't so easy to use between our team and our clients. We ended up going for Contactbook because our clients asked for alternatives, and we managed all the project with Contactbook. It has been a good experience since the very start. Also the free trial was nice to gather some information about the app.

With Microsoft Teams, your staff can work remotely on various devices and freely collaborate with their partners and customers. You can add tasks, personnel, or locations quickly and easily.

• We managed multiple people's contacts in a project
• We saved a lot of time of contact sharing
• We helped new clients get on board with our leads workflow
