Pros
- Ability to create a separate channel and groups and only communicate with people who are relevant to you.
- Using the @ notation, you can tag people in messages and reply to a message thread.
- To notify only specific people who have joined the channel, use annotations such as @all, @channel, or any customized form.
Cons
- Voice recording option must be available in the chat room.
- We are not able to check if the other person has read the message or not.
- Option to integrate with other social media apps.
- Screen sharing option
- Call anyone at a single click
- Instead of going to coworkers, check the team wall to see if the teammate is available or not.
- Teammates become more productive because of the software's check and balance system.
- Live headshots enable HR to monitor employees, which has significantly simplified their job.
- Even remote teams function more effectively with 360-degree communication.
