Overall Satisfaction with WorkHub Connect

We have used WorkHub Connect as the communication and video conferencing tool to communicate with each other internally. It has almost all the necessary features like screen sharing, recording, messages, threads, file sharing, etc. to meet every employee's requirements. When we were working remotely, we got a sense of collaborative and engaged working environment.

Pros

  • Team wall - shows the headshots of every user online
  • Single click calling
  • Swift video calls and screen sharing
  • Widget based external communication

Cons

  • We should be able to send voice notes over chats.
  • It is not a fully matured tool, so there are very frequent updates.
  • Nothing to say as I was not involved in the purchasing.
WorkHub Connect is much more affordable. Some of its features like Team Wall makes it stand out of the competition.

WorkHub Connect gives an excellent experience to communicate with your co workers. Its design is quite different from other such products but I like it (others may disagree with me). In my personal opinion, its thread section should be improved. Users usually get lost when they click on the thread and the screen becomes abruptly zoomed in. But it is not a permanent thing.
