Conte.ai vs. HeyOrca

Well, one day my marketing manager was on leave and I had to urgently start a marketing campaign but thanks to POSTOPLAN they provided us the facility to group my posts before we post them on social media so I re-use them made some changes in it, and post them on all platforms by a single click.

HeyOrca is perfect for the social post editing. For example, when I send the content link to my clients, they can easily go in and comment on posts that need editing rather than having to email me changes. Essentially it streamlines client/agency communication. It is perfect for a smaller agency who has less than 20 clients. I think HeyOrca is not for those whose main content is blogs and corresponding social posts. WordPress isn't Integrated, making it inconvenient to manage.

• I can do Post planning in which I can create posts for that specific date or we can say schedule posting. It will be posted on that said date depending on the social network accounts you set on that post.
• It has a multi-language feature so it can supports variety of users.
• Aside from accessing it through web browsers, it has also a mobile app making it more accessible to its users and just one click away from using it.

• Provides client friendly view that allows clients to easily see what content will look like on their social platforms.
• Provides a one-stop option for multiple client and platform content to live.
• Great customer service and extremely responsive help center.
• Easy to use and learn interface.

• A broader trial period for newbies to make a more detailed decision.
• Registration through the app should be enabled as some persons complete a lot of tasks from their mobile devices and may not be able to access a laptop the moment they become interested in being a customer.

• We had some issues with the timing of posts and posts not going out when they updated their platform recently.
• Missing out on posting directly to Instagram (we have to use another platform for this).
• Doesn't support Instagram stories, so we have to denote which ones are for Instagram stories and which ones are for Instagram newsfeed.

Personally, after using POSTOPLAN it has helped us immensely in increasing my business revenue. Hence, will not hesitate in renewing my account on POSTOPLAN.

Hey Orca has a lot of really great features, they make the workflow really easy and are extremely available for help with questions. I think there are some minor workflow issues that it could overcome and features it could add on that are available in other apps. It definitely doesn't offer the best analytics and also hasn't offered single image direct publishing like hootsuite does. Yet, it's benefits outweigh those minor inconveniences for our team

The support was everything. There was prompt communication from the expert assigned to me. He was always there to talk me through the process and they were able to integrate my ideas and visualize it to my targeted audience. I have not really experienced any issue whatsoever since using CONTENIVE.

All Functions of POSTOPLAN are working perfectly.

POSTOPLAN is better than the social media scheduling app I previously used. I am satisfied with what POSTOPLAN is bringing to us. Besides, we have tried to look up other options and the pricing is quite high as compared to POSTOPLAN, which you can use for a huge number of accounts without additional fees.

HeyOrca is definitely more for the agency level than Hootsuite. Hootsuite is fairly limited, even at its larger plans. HeyOrca is geared towards agencies, and that is definitely clear in the interface and arrangement. Hootsuite sure seems like more of a consumer product than a B2B product in my opinion.
