Contify offers resources to align teams for better decision making by gaining an intelligence edge by increasing workflows with clean insights and key capabilities to keep everything on the same page. It's a wonderful solution for automated market intelligence gathering making customers analyzes are less search time, a tool that provides agility and success.

Coosto is an excellent all platform social media management tool, in which you can do (almost) everything.

• User feedback prompts quick enhancements.
• It is easy to use, and the analyst team organized it well.
• Adding new sources and creating custom taxonomies is a breeze.
• Customer service and analyst teams can provide helpful hints and reminders.

• The dashboard is only useable in full screen, not in compartments
• Rather expensive

Prior to Contify, we didn't have the insight that we do. With a lack of time, we were unable to collect the competitor data and updates as doing it in-house is a nightmare. If you were to manually track all information, updates, social media, etc., so much of your time would be wasted that could be spent doing other things.

Coosto is more powerful than the version of Hootsuite we used.

• It is a solution that has fostered frictionless participation between teams by adding knowledge to integrate internal and external intelligence, it is a cloud platform that has offered my organization increased workflow, collaboration and productivity.

• Positive impact on communications strategies.
• Negative impact as product is often used for collecting metrics. Most of Coosto's metrics shouldn't be used for strategic or design decisions.
