ConvertPlug vs. SalesRabbit

Very well suited for ANY serious website operator - be it services, info-products or e-commerce. It's not just list marketing but pop-ups. Basis our usage experience, we never found any restrictive-case use situations

SalesRabbit is generally a good sales tool for field sales reps, the UI is simplistic enough and the actions needed to log activity are straightforward. Creating new dispositions or custom fields is simple. We as an organization have moved away from SalesRabbit as of May 2022 to one of their competitors mainly for two reasons. The first being it took them a few years to get an analytics/dashboard platform integrated into Sales Rabbit, they have one now that is in beta that appears promising. The second reason was too many inconsistencies with reps' data not syncing timely back to SalesRabbit or not at all. Reps are always looking for immediate satisfaction meaning if they mark a home as a sale they want to see it show up on the leaderboard within minutes not hours.

• Integrates well with Wordpress, Studiopress (genesis) and all major email marketing software
• Impressive variety of pop-ups and ability to customize those
• "light loading" (less page load time) and mobile friendly for sure
• Impressive "pop-up behaviour" customization ....right from "When and where on website" to "Which specific country" and much more
• Adaptable to subscription or e-commerce website architecture as well

• Look and feel of templates could use greater westernization. Colors tend to be more oriental/Bright oriented - However color pallets can be changed easily
• Covert Plus: PLEASE also bring in a content locker!

The above and various other plugins/software were either not compatible with some of our software OR were too expensive (often with recurring costs vs. one-time) OR offered too many add-on features that weren't needed. It took us nearly 40 expensive man-hours to test and narrow down on this particular plugin that met all requirements in a go

We considered HubSpot CRM but since we are already using HubSpot Marketing Hub and the cost is too high for this so we purchased SalesRabbit. Got more features in the same cost.
