Cool Tabs vs. Unmetric (discontinued)

In general, it works as some kind of manual on how the particular baseline of your social networks can be improved, and it provides the right assessment at the same time so that I can analyze my data based on my results. Also, they count on excellent technical assistance. Earlier it was hard to go search hashtags on my Instagram but after using this I can get more deep analytics, geotag research, and profile analytics to get great information about the keywords I want to know about. The pricing is great, as well as the support team which replies very quickly.

Unmetric is great when you need to do quantitative analysis of social media posts, whether you own the posts or not. Newer features like segment creation where you can get results by keyword or category are amazing time-savers for certain tasks (like if you're looking at posts about fruit and want to see how posts that mention "bananas" perform you can do that right in the dashboard). Hopefully, they'll soon allow you to build and save those filters so you don't have to recreate them every time you do a task. While in the past I'd only recommend this platform for keeping a pulse on unowned content, the new tools make the platform useful even for reviewing owned content, as you may be able to save time on content coding tasks- it seems like that's the direction they're headed anyway

• Interface is a bit difficult.
• Management if the tool is not intuitive.
• More filters for analyzing would be great specifically in the demographics region.

• The interface is slightly different for each social channel, which is confusing for novice users. I wish they'd standardize their naming schemes and dashboards, to the extent they can be with the different platforms.
• They'll add and implement new features but won't tell you- I came back into the platform to discover they'd applied a weighting scheme to my engagement rate that messed up my findings.
• Sometimes the platform just stops working.
• Support sits in India so there's no way to get answers fast if you have a question or issue.

I have a good relationship with the customer service and I love to help them to promote their service.

Because it lacks customization options for its aesthetics. We did a specific adaptation for registering entries and participants, and it worked perfectly. It's a very comprehensive tool for launching viral campaigns for all types of businesses. We will continue working on campaigns in collaboration with Cool Tabs. Easypromos is one of the best tools you can use to run your contests. The application allows you to create contests for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.You can choose the objective of your campaign, whether it is to increase followers, improve your brand awareness, etc., and you can run various types of promotional initiatives, including giveaways, games, and quizzes.

I haven't used Simply Measured in a few years, mostly because it was just too expensive for what we needed it for and Unmetric provided what we needed at a reasonable price. I also had an issue with how big the Simply Measured files were- they often froze analysts' computers, and the first task was to delete unused tabs to reduce the file size.

• Cool Tabs allows us to tweak our social media pages to suit the customers' interaction.
• When the customer is engaged, they are more likely to share and or inquire about what we do.
• Since we have been using this, we have had a 10% increase in customer engagement, which in return, helps us deliver quality information.
