If you are large, the applicant tracking system is not beneficial to you while the assessments might be. If it can integrate directly with your system, use it! I have not seen specific questions for each job while using Glassdoor or ZipRecruiter. You can manually create questions on those websites to screen candidates manually but Indeed does the screening for you. It is more robust and easy to use for employers and candidates.
