It is well suited when the business needs to send out communication to customers and it is fast and convenient and easy to use. It is very easy to find open tickets that the business needs to attend to. CRM and Deals for Zendesk makes it easy for day to day business communication.

It was pretty good for making variations on an org chart while our HR team was in charge of a re organization. We liked that we could collaborate on all documents and make several versions of org charts while deciding which employee should be on which team. Ultimately, the visual expressions helped us decide on teams, groups and reporting lines

I would likely recommend the organization to renew my use of CRM and Deals for Zendesk because it is very user friendly; it's is easy to understand and its also makes its easy communicate with customers and to keep track of all the customer interactions. CRM and Deals for Zendesk is a great tool for communication because its also allows you to personalize interactions.

I am giving CRM and Deals a rating of 9 because of the benefits it has given us in terms of how they supported our customer support operations. While there are improvements that are identified and need to be worked on, overall it was a great tool for us at customer support.

CRM and Deals for Zendesk have more features that can support various businesses compared to Assembled. Whilst Assembled is more suited for workforce management and forecasting, it lacks the features that are needed in addressing customer support requirements and integration, which CRM and Deals for Zendesk can definitely provide. I can say Deals and CRM are more advanced compared to Assembled.
