CustomShow.com vs. GetAccept

It is well suited for larger organizations. It cannot be used by single individuals like people who use Prezi or Powerpoint. If you are a large organization and looking to save on productivity, time, and improve branding across marketing and sales pitches, this software is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend anyone heading up a company with 25 employees or more consider the software.

GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

• It have an incredible slide library management component that stores everything in the cloud for the users.
• Used by major fortune 100 companies, it allows for organizations to present their best and look their best.

• The ability to forward agreements along with a video of me describing the agreements. It makes it more personalized and it's always well received by the recipient.
• You can track in real time when a document has been viewed and for how long.
• You can always reference the history of each client agreement. Easy access.

• I think the analytics piece could be improved a little more.

• The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations.
• Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.
• GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers.

Because it provides a great user experience, it makes my organization look good in front of pitches, and the software is great from a collaboration perspective. Plus, I like the fact that i can use video incredible well with all of my presentations. It has minor challenges and takes time to figure out, but once you do the sky is the limit.

The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

I think they are all stacking up against each other. Powerpoint is a free alternative. But I think CustomShow doesn't focus on better looking powerpoint slides....it focuses on better looking presentations period. Because of that, CustomShow is really in a different category of business presentation software and up there with Clearslide.

Ease of use is very user-friendly in order to work on any task. It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. Also, it provides particular support to the problems which we faced and resolve them asap.

• It has had a positive ROI in that the level of productivity in creating presentations has grown.

• Being able to engage prospects who have not signed the contract as quickly as you would have liked them is a huge plus.
• Being able to see how long the prospect has viewed certain parts of a proposal or contract is a massive added on value.
