CyberCPR vs. Pega Customer Service

[We use CyberCPR] for investigations on IT that are totally compromised. Using the cloud solution, you can be up and running in minutes with the advantage of being able to access the tool from anywhere on the internet. New users are onboarded quickly and can pick it up fast. It scales well from 3 users to 500 and the server load looks low.

Pega is a very nice tool for when we need to deal with data coming from different sources that need to be connected and used collectively. Additionally, having an easy-to-use interface makes it ideal for building decision flow in a simple manner that can still take advance decisions for 1:1 communication.

• API development has been a long time coming

• Performance, as some of the tasks run in batch.
• Extensibility could take time for complex functionalities.
• At least the cloud version should be more powerful in terms of processing.

It's simpler to use, doesn't cost vast sums (it's about 1/10 of the others looked at). Users like the cleaner UI and it's not complicated

We have used different products those are ok but customer service is worst but Pega Customer Service is not like that tool and services both are doing excellent job

• The deployment options mean you can choose one to match budget.
