And the ability to test retention is helpful for the user and for management as well. I wish there was a way to provide peer feedback. It might be a setting that our team just doesn't use, but it would be nice to see questions that peers have, or places they're struggling and to be able to comment or reach out directly to help. If an in-app NPS score is rendered that looks to be unfavorable, they reach out to understand why and to see if they can help turn the experience around if it's education or enhancement that's needed.
