SalesHood is used across the entire organization. It started to be used for Sales. My job was to bring it to the post-sales side of the business Them we evolved to using the SalesHood for our external partners/vendors.
Pros
- Clear training paths with step by step directions.
- Ability for department leaders to interact and follow their team's training progress.
- Tracking and reporting.
- Progress reports and the ability to create training times/deadlines
Cons
- They need an access level in the user interface for "Manager".
- Speed. There are times when the system got bogged down with users making it slow and clunky.
- Additional focus on the 'service' side of the business in both options and vinacular
- Library and ability to use "huddles" for various trainings
- Ability to hold people accountable for training with interaction from their managers
- We used it for a company wide kick off. Using SalesHood we were able to make sure that all key bits of information were received by the 8000+ users
- Provides proof to executive management and shareholders - the value that training and enablement brings to the organization
- Ability to quickly create trainings and roll them out to the target audience with deadlines
- Tracking also provides the ability of the enablement team to identify gaps and adjust accordingly
