Comparison of Payroll Management features of Product A and Product B
I would highly recommend Deel for lean startups/SMEs with globally distributed teams, especially those lacking dedicated internal HR, legal, or IT departments. I have found it to be great for consolidated management of international payroll, diverse worker types like EORs and contractors, and cross-border IT logistics. On the other hand, I would be a bit more hesitant to suggest it for organizations operating exclusively within a single domestic market, not because it wouldn't do a great job but there at least for the moment you can probably find more specialized offerings at a better price (out side of major markets like the US)
Keka HR is well suited for me as it helps me to manage my taxes and gives me different investment options within the web application itself which allows me to save income tax. It keeps track of all the investments, deductions, taxes etc. Scenario where I found Keka HR less appropriate is there Article section. Companies have their own Newsletter Page where they publish their Articles which everyone reads. But Article section within Keka HR, I didn't found that much useful.
We have been using this software for the last two years in the company of the a.m. Right now, I am part of the admin team for this software, so just being able to have a 1:1 usage of the software has helped me to realize how many aspects any other saw HR tool are lacking.
I believe the products - not only the ones we are using, but also Deel HR, IT Hardware management etc. have a huge potential and can definitely benefit wide range of organisations, but some adjustments or improvements should be done to ensure full clients’ satisfaction
We moved from Globalization Partners (GP) to Deel because we needed an Employer of Record solution with a much more scalable pricing and service model. GP's platform is clunky - we often can't get the right access to what we need, employees have trouble finding what they need and it results in having to submit a support ticket. Deel is much more intuitive - it puts everything at employees' fingertips and makes things much more self-service. Permission profiles are easy to set up and manage, and we're able to access all of the data we need when we need it
This service is very optimistic and creates a reliable and smooth environment within organizations. Organizations can easily figure out the performance of every individual. It became easy to send financial reports for every employee through Keka HR, and it has a robust payroll system which is very helpful for the HR and account department.
