Overall, Lessonly is the best interface I have found for content creation. Others seem to have more gamification and social learning aspects, as well as content curation aspects, which I would like to see from Lessonly. We stay with Lessonly because of its ease of use both as a …
Degreed is a software that is undoubtedly worth integrating in companies that plan or require the teaching of new topics and material to their employees. This platform is very easy to use, the interface is easy to use and provides detailed information on the learning that each of the employees has had, these learning details can be viewed by accessing the profile section of each employee. Degreed allows you to share strategic material with employees in the form of a "playlist" so that they can learn in an order of all the information. In addition, it allows you to create all kinds of certifications to provide employees with certificates based on behavior, evidence and approvers. These three certification phases make it possible to verify the information learned by the employee, in addition, they allow it to be known how much he has learned and what skills he has developed during that learning period. Without a doubt, Degreed is the best option for all companies that want to add learning content for their employees.
If you are onboarding new employees or consultants and you have a complex product, solution, or your business is layered and complex, this can help distill down the layers into basics so that new team or partners can build their knowledge base up the right way. This ensures they are learning what needs to be learned, and not what they surmise or assume, which can be incorrect and cause issues down the road - this is especially sensitive in our field. Training of all kinds can be done easily with this tool.
It's completely simple and intuitive, anyone can pick it up. The hardest part is looking for a save button and finally figuring out you don't need one. We don't provide training for users and never have complaints. For creators, we provide best practices, but using Lessonly itself requires nothing .
The support team is very friendly and eager to help you learn the ins and outs of Lessonly. They can set up training for large groups or send links in a chat for individual help. They are quick to respond and if one person doesn't have the answer, they will collaborate with others to help find the answer.
I think that in a business setting, Degreed is more streamlined to benefit us than almost any other tool. Canvas is great in higher/lower education where the learning is the actual product. In a business setting, tools like Degreed and Bridge do a wonderful job helping our employees build and show their own ROI to upper management.
I felt some of these products had more features than were necessary and needed for our team. Some of them were limited on the number of content creators that were allowed which to me forces you to use one or two people to create content where I would rather see it done by key members of each department.
Our employees were able to develop new skills and new talents that allowed them to have better productivity and could develop better activities within our labor sector.
We have saved money on the learning material compartment. We used to spend a lot of money on material for our employees, but the courses Degreed offers are at a more affordable price.
The socialization of our employees has improved significantly. Thanks to the "community" system that Degreed offers, our employees can discuss learning topics while taking a course or watching a video.
We've had an increase in quality overall as a company, as we are able to continually train our employees outside of our New Hire Training program.
We've seen stronger communication as we are able to send out material to our stylists about products, policies, procedures, etc. and they are able to provide us with feedback. After all, it is their tool for learning and we want to know the best way to provide that information to our Team Members.
