Overall Satisfaction with Degreed
We use Degreed in our business for Human Resources. It helps us hire new team members and it makes the onboarding process flow smoother. It also helps us understand our agency's skills and it helps us reskill on the capabilities our workforce will eventually need. Our employees love it because it helps with the onboarding process and matches them with mentors and other projects within the company.
- Onboarding process is great
- Easy to use interface, no one ever has had issues navigating through it
- Offers a lot of educational courses and classes
- Reporting needs a lot of improvement
- No data storage for files and documents, it's limited
- No search option for certain courses
- Positive impact because it grows the skills of our team members
- Negative in the sense that reporting is terrible
We did enough research to figure that Degreed was better. We did a free demo with both and decided to go with Degreed based on reviews and the way their system worked. The website is also easier to use, and more user-friendly. We do not regret our decision to have chosen Degreed.
