Demandforce vs. Unanet CRM by Cosential

We use Demandforce to reach out to 'old' customers. If they have not had an invoice generated in X number of days/weeks/months/years, we can create a custom campaign via email/text to reach out to them and attempt to re-engage with those customers to generate new 'existing business' or entirely new leads for our Sales team to run.

I believe it is well suited for large companies or companies that use many different platforms to track and display data because of the ways Unanet can connect across platforms. If your company tracks projects associated with clients to plan workflow and business development opportunities, this is a great CRM to use. It is very user-friendly and the team at Unanet works well with our internal partners to maximize efficiency and provide us the customizations that we need

• Aesthetics has been updated in last few months for organization and is easier to see: colors, grid lines on front page, and font style.
• Allowing our office to include specific items in reminder appointment emails allows personalization to make confirming appointments easier.
• Allowing patients to write reviews allows us to know what the office is doing well and what we can improve on.

• Overall Look & Feel of Templates (look at what Squarespace is doing, it is possible!)

• The open software is somewhat difficult to master as an administrator.

We are constantly being contacted by comparable organizations. If Mindbody Online integrated a feature like Demandforce, we'd move over there to keep everything in one platform.

Unanet is user-friendly and a very “smart” platform. I took off one point for the issues we seem to run into every couple weeks in which certain features are glitchy and unable to be used for a couple hours. They are fixed quickly, but it is frustrating in the moment

My original trainer / implementation specialist was fantastic. That relationship has continued, even though I have been officially handed off to the customer service side. The customer service side seems to have higher turnover than normal, but in general they are also very supportive, although not as responsive as I might like.

I do not have any alternative products to compare this service too. It was in place when I came aboard this company and I have no say in its continuation or replacement. As from what I can gather, there are many alternatives to this platform, but Demandforce is the only one I am aware of that runs in your system tray and is passively ran in conjunction with your accounting database.
