Overall Satisfaction with Demandforce

We are currently using Demandforce to reach out to existing and past customers to either remind them of needed service or to solicit referrals and/or reviews. We lean it on it as a form of QA checking. It is directly linked/related to QuickBooks desktop, not the web.
  • Ability to create custom format emails (HTML or plain text).
  • The direct feedback from the customer ,and how to channel those responses, is great.
  • Poor execution for RDC/RDS environments.
  • Setup sync is a resource hog. It bogs down every user on initial sync who needs to use/access QB data.
  • It has helped us streamline our message.
  • Accountable for all marketing emails to customers through one 'window'.
I do not have any alternative products to compare this service too. It was in place when I came aboard this company and I have no say in its continuation or replacement. As from what I can gather, there are many alternatives to this platform, but Demandforce is the only one I am aware of that runs in your system tray and is passively ran in conjunction with your accounting database.
We use Demandforce to reach out to 'old' customers. If they have not had an invoice generated in X number of days/weeks/months/years, we can create a custom campaign via email/text to reach out to them and attempt to re-engage with those customers to generate new 'existing business' or entirely new leads for our Sales team to run.
