DeskTime vs. Zimyo

When we made the decision to go cloud based and send our employees home to work remotely we needed something that would help us and them manage their time and keep everyone on track. Desktime makes the team more aware of how they are spending their time both individually and as a team. It allows them to see and track what makes them most productive and what times of the day they are most engaged. Keeps projects on track.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• Zimyo has room for integrations.
• Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.
• LinkedIn Integration and offer letter management.

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.
