In our organization we prefer Dice.com for sourcing as well as for job posting purpose. which it perform well in sourcing of various profile with specific skill and location specification is much easy. review the resume is best to get or see the feedback. we use to job for non IT recruitment which perform well in all aspects.
It is well-suited if you want to hire underqualified developers who lie about their skills and cannot pass a real interview. Don't use this tool as their candidates seem groomed to talk the talk but not walk the walk!
Their 'Connie' tool can be a bit invasive. Sometimes Recruiters go at a really fast pace and don't always use the Vettery email to ensure candidates are scheduled but the Connie tool will message you asking you to set up meetings even after they're on the calendar.
