Likelihood to Recommend E2Open [Digital Transformation Solutions] is best used for customers/partners that do not have their own marketing automation software. It provides them a space to use already built in campaigns for use. A scenario where it may not be the best recommended tool is in a partner type scenario, such as ours. Currently, the tool does not have a fully customizable campaign for a partner to go in and build out a campaign from scratch. They can only take bits and pieces (depending on what is allowed) and make changes as they see fit.
Read full review Without SAP pharma industry is spinless, the work which used to take hours to do SAP do it in seconds. It helps me in everything from review of data to release of batch. It is a very diverse product, can used for any thing and can be integrated with all other software for example LIMS and CDS etc. For me its a super app so its deserve a perfect 10

However, expectation that we can still ramp the usage based on existing scope. Further, we foresee additional scope which would give us an additional business case going forward, extending the Business Network usage to Warehouse Service Provider integration.

We have a vast array of partners, some of which do not have any marketing expertise. This tool makes it that much easier for a partner to take advantage of a tool that does all ends of automation for them.

Choosing SAP Business Network appears to be advantageous because of its comprehensive integration, instantaneous insights, and wide support network, which provide competitive advantages in trend-sensitive, fast-moving industries like music distribution. Our company is glad to have switched to SAP.
