Eddy vs. Skeeled

If you understand the pitfalls of Eddy, such as needing to manually track what has been signed--vs still pending--then it is a well utilized system. Being able to send documents for signature via HelloSign is useful. At one point we had used HelloSign for onboarding but made it made it difficult to transition and track new hires.

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.

There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

• Skeeled allows a diverse analysis of applicants.
• The time saving is very good as the whole recruitment process is significantly improved.
• The video function is very good and helps in the recruitment process, also because we often have applicants from abroad.

• An employee needs to accept the invitation to populate in the onboarding tab
• Documents do not show which documents are pending signature
• As an HR software, it should have a place with labor law updates based on region

• The lack of follow-up, on-line, regarding muli-posting on publications. An additional email is often required.

Very good

Skeeled is a userfriendly recruitment platform that enables a company to effectively follow-up their entire recruitment process

The support team is very reactive and competent. Being a young company, Skeeled also takes customer wishes into consideration for further developments.

lenghty and lots of actions

ADP HR did not have the tracking portion and allowance of signatures that Eddy does. ADP had an electronic filing system but no ability to send out documents for signature. ADP HR has up-to-date labor laws for our location, so we had to sign up for both products--one to mitigate our legal liability and the other to easily track HR docs that have been signed.

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.
