emPerform vs. Vantage Circle

How easily the system interfaces with the HRIS system is essential for setup. Unfortunately, the emPerform system doesn't seem to perform as well as we would like. Review setup is cumbersome and time consuming. We like the customized workflow, but would like more abilities to assign reviewers.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• Ability to customize workflow.
• Ability for Human Resources to aid managers by making recommendations/edits to comments before employees receive their evaluation.
• Customized security profiles to ensure each stage of the process is administered according to a specific business model.

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• Layout modifications when employees and managers are in "review" mode. The system would benefit greatly from having everything accessible with only a single click. The current layout requires the reviewer to visit different areas before even reaching the rating area.
• Cloud-based performance management! With the popularity of remote and telework positions, it would be fantastic to offer employees and managers the ability to log in from anywhere and still access the performance management system.
• Ease of use and integration with HRIS systems.

• There are 100+ options to choose from. Very wide range of options - catering to a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life, age, taste, and background with diverse options.
• I never ever faced any issue- not even once, at the time of redemption & it was a smooth, seamless, wonderful & pleasant experience for me, always! Also, the redemption process is simple & could be done within a minute!
• This redemption could be used not only for any tangible purchases - also for invaluable experiences like holidays, fine dining, Hotel stays, Donations, Taxi rides, etc.

We feel very strongly about moving to a platform that's easier to manage and provides our employees/managers with a faster tool. We like the convenience of cloud-based software.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.

• Reduction in administrative time by having all of the performance evaluations available through an electronic portal.
• Ability to have quick reporting on the status of evaluations and metrics on suggested training and development plans.
