Enable vs. Patch My PC Patch Management

I find it is best when you need to connect to a computer after hours and the end user has left for the day. I can remote in to the computer without interaction and troubleshoot the issues as required. The connection is speed and works well unlike some other remote access software

I consider Patch My PC a necessary tool for any environment I manage. I cannot imagine managing an environment without it, as the time and effort it saves is invaluable.

It is just very easy to use. It has a good user interface on it, the items are where I expect them to be and I find it to work as I expect it to work without surprises.

I've never had to call support so I do not have an answer for this question. I find the software works well but we have a support desk who would work with them if we had back end issues
