Epic MyChart vs. Zenoti

Before using Epic MyChart as a company we would contact our customers to inform them of results or appointments. With Epic My Chart, this has saved valuable resources as customers can now access their results on the app interface. This is very smooth and effective. We can now send direct marketing to them and generally keep them well informed.

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. Thanks Zeneti our collaborators are happier.

• Slow communication form for private messaging, could add a live chat feature option.
• Better organization to have my chart of multiple companies flow seamlessly on the patient/individual side. A lot of times they have to create multiple accounts, one person provider.
• Being able to use the app outside of the US allows more access and freedom-range for those that travel or work internationally.

• A few minor limitations using the calendar to book appointments.
• Display which therapists are available when customers are booking online.
• A few minor usability improvements in the point of sale.

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff

More market share, so people are more used to Epic MyChart.

Zenoti offers the richest feature set for our business category.

• It allows me to better decision about my health
• It allows me to show my medical records to friends and family that are in the medical field
• Makes it easy to have one location for all medical records
