LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

After confirming a candidate's information, they marked. The highlighted background checks' suspiciousness was decreased with a bit of additional information and intuition, and they turned out to be fine. Whether it be by email, phone, or chat, their customer care is really helpful. We use Gmail, which is linked to our GoodHire account, and we get answers quickly.

• Allows you to make selections for each background check and cater it to the specific background check you are ordering
• Cost effective

• Does not include ability to run bulk background checks
• No ability to "run and go" -- requires a few pages of clicking through
• Results older than a few months become archived & are held in a different section of website - making it harder to find them

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

Our previous vendor had slow turn around times, often we would see background checks taking weeks to return results to us. We would also note discrepancies in state compliance and have to point them out to be addressed by their system. Good Hire seems to be more compliant with state regulations and have had quicker processing times for our end users
