LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

Overall, I was very impressed with Rapid Verify's offering. The onboarding process was quick and easy. For us, the turnaround time in getting results was the biggest benefit. It would be nice if we could integrate this in our current software we use internally as this would prevent us from having to switch between platforms to get this done.

• Takes away the need to have parents and other people come in to do id scans.
• Parents can now do this wherever they are at. Some parents have expressed its easier than having to wait to get this done like they have in the past.
• We get a copy of the license that we can import directly into our current sofrware.

• Since the verification came back as verified, we did not know what would happen if it failed, some examples or use cases published on their site would be helpful in this case.
• A white paper explaining how this could satisfy I-9 requirements.
• It would be nice if we could customize the verification report generated.

The user interface was pretty simple and not too complicated which made it easy to figure out how to use the platform. This is what made it appealing. Too many options can be distracting.

We usually have to wait days for a response from online vendors, but RapidVerify responded to our queries within a matter of hours which was very refreshing.

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

We asked our IT guy and he mentioned maybe we should try Plaid, but when looking at their offering, we would have had to get a developer to set everything up and it all seemed too complex for our needs. We are not a large company and we wanted something simple and easy to use. With RapidVerify, everything just worked.

• It has helped us digitize our I-9s, including for employees that have been with us for a long time.
• It helps us ensure compliance to the best of our abilities in case of any audits.
• It helps us find record in an organized fashion.
• It helps us verify employment at the beginning of a new hire's employment to avoid any issues down the line.

• Since we are a small center, not having to take away one of the two teachers to do this has allowed us to stay focused in our classrooms.
• We really like having the photos so we can import into our daycare center software.
