Overall Satisfaction with RapidVerify

We use RapidVerify to onboard our parents and other authorized pickup persons by verifying their license. Previously, we were having the parents or other people come in to the office and we would copy their license to have on file. We do this to make sure who is authorized to pickup the kiddos.
  • Takes away the need to have parents and other people come in to do id scans.
  • Parents can now do this wherever they are at. Some parents have expressed its easier than having to wait to get this done like they have in the past.
  • We get a copy of the license that we can import directly into our current sofrware.
  • More details on why the id check failed. We had one case wherein it failed. We were able to ask support, but it would be nice if the report included this in more detail.
  • Since we are a small center, not having to take away one of the two teachers to do this has allowed us to stay focused in our classrooms.
  • We really like having the photos so we can import into our daycare center software.

It has worked great for our center. We not only get a copy of the license but we also get the selfie they take when doing the id check. This allows us to put a face to a name instead of asking them to pull out their id so we can check their name. You can always feel the frustration with some parents when we ask them to do this.

RapidVerify Support

There was an issue where one parent came back not verified and the report didn't fully detail why. We reached out to support and asked and got a response back the same day with the exact details. This was wonderful as we expected to not get a reply back until later in the week.

We did not. We just reached out to the email listed on the website and we got our issue resolved this way.
We reached out for an issue that we had with the verification report and we received an email back on the same day. With other platforms it is usually a 1-2 day turnaround so this was to have experienced.
