Overall Satisfaction with RapidVerify

I was tasked with ensuring our a remote contractor underwent identity verification per our firm's policy. In the past, this was a process that was done manually, but we decided to try RapidVerify to streamline the process as the firm is looking to reduce manual processes and focus on implementing more automated processes.

  • Our previous manual process was 5-7 days turnaround for results. We got results from RapidVerify in less than ten minutes.
  • As a test, we also verified with our manual process as we were unsure how accurate these online solutions are and we found out that they are indeed accurate.

Overall, I was very impressed with Rapid Verify's offering. The onboarding process was quick and easy. For us, the turnaround time in getting results was the biggest benefit. It would be nice if we could integrate this in our current software we use internally as this would prevent us from having to switch between platforms to get this done.

We usually have to wait days for a response from online vendors, but RapidVerify responded to our queries within a matter of hours which was very refreshing.

No, our question was answered via the regular support email listed on their site. We would not have purchased premium support for such a new product offering that we did not have prior experience with.
Before we signed up we had a few questions about the end results of the verification and what exactly was all needed for us to kick-off the verification process and they responded to us in a few hours with detailed explanations and even offered to get on a Zoom call to help us through the process. That alone is what made us sign-up and purchase the identity verification offering.
