EventMobi vs. TicketLeap

EventMobi has helped our organisation to conduct virtual conferences during the pandemic. It has also helped us to include all the information and reduce our costs on printing and boarding. Instant updates and messages can be sent. Also, regular updates and better customer service have really helped us to do the business in an easy way. You get some insights on Event Technology, Session Feedback, Survey, Email Marketing, Attendee Networking people. Where this has lacked - If we were being given an option to add in our own custom fields within the agenda/session descriptions.

Ideally suited for non-profits or small organizations that want to retain as much of their ticket revenues as possible, AND reduce the impact of fees on their patrons. You would also need to be EXTRA careful when setting up, it's hard to correct mistakes after the fact. e.g. not being able to change the order tickets are displayed, I literally had to delete tickets and re-enter them as new tickets to get them in the desired order

• Their fee structure is very competitive, particularly for tickets that are $5 or less
• Provides some flexibility with registration questions and specific ticket types

• The attendee list is hard to keep sorted by last name.

• I think prtintable tickets when needed are currently not good, full page per ticket, ouch

We really do not have any other experience with other apps. We like that Eventmobi is easy to use for both us and our clients. We can add attendee names with their picture and contact information manually or import them. We can add speakers, agenda, pdf hand-outs, hotel information, etc., easily.

Since Eventbrite changed their plans and how they charge for using their platform, it would have cost us a lot more to keep using it for a small number of events each year. Ticketleap was great because their fee assessments are lower than any other platform we could find, and with the ability to pass those on to the patron...we lowered the financial impact on those buyers as well.

• No need to be physically present at the event. This helps in reducing Travel time & other expenses.
• The focused approach so one can watch the recorded session and deploy more time to understand better.
• Track attendee, and one can engage and real time action is possible from a single dashboard.
