I think OnSIP is well suited to be used in any organization that has a stable, reliable internet connection. The service is top notch and I haven't found a competitor that can beat the service. I've recommended the service to other manufacturing businesses and churches. The organizations that have switched have been extremely pleased with the service.

It is the ideal solution for a better and safer phone service, with a high percentage of filtered calls in our favor. Telonium makes it as simple as possible for us to launch or relocate your service. When our customers and prospects call you, we only need to provide a few pieces of information, and Telonium will handle the rest. When you need to make changes to your system, all it takes is a phone call or a visit to a customer web portal to make immediate changes.However a high-speed Internet connection is required at the location where the phone will be used.

  • The control panel function is very good because we can see the progress and work of the agents, individually and also as a group with the different work teams.
  • We have found the call scripts very useful, especially with new agents who still don't know very well how to conduct the conversation with customers.
  • I think the omnichannel support is great because all the communication channels are in the same program, which makes our work easier.

  • The scheduling is very granular, but the interface for setting up the schedule isn't the easiest to navigate.
  • I would like the ability to copy or clone schedules. We have 3 different schedules on three different hunt groups and when there are changes to be made, I would like to be able to make the change on one schedule and copy that for another hunt group.
  • The interface for the users to change some of their settings (password, phone, email, etc) isn't very user friendly. I usually have to walk users through changes, and at that point, it is easier for me to just make the changes myself.

I was not an employee when Onebox was selected, but I have used Avaya and Nortel PBXs in the past and while it is not as powerful, it has a lot of great features and a much lower cost of entry.

We have found OnSIP to be just as good if not better than any of the other services we have researched or used. Once again, the value of OnSIP is unbelievable. Our rates at this organization are less than half of what the competitors were charging. I don't see us changing anytime soon.
