Exacta has always been able to turn around surveys fairly quick. If an issue arises, they will get it corrected quickly and without a lot of questions

• They cover 95% of Florida but hard to find survey companies that cover that extra 5%

• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

We have been able to utilize Exacta for 97% of our survey orders. They will always beat other competitors in price & timeline

Exacta is great just like Qualia. Couldn't imagine my job without utilizing these two companies

Warehouse Management System which is mainly focussed on warehouse fulfillment but not on the routing and availability tracking
