Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. • We found the Experiture platform to be robust and fully customizable for our 7-Step Program. Working closely with the Experiture Team allowed our marketing team to create a fully customized platform that allowed us to tailor the platform to the exact needs of our clients! That, we believe, is the key to a truly successful multichannel marketing program that delivers the results our clients demand!

• Very difficult to assess additional room for improvement, as we are early in our experience.

• A few minor limitations using the calendar to book appointments.

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff
