EYardstick vs. Wonderlic Select

EYardstick is a neat tool. It's not complicated to use and if your requirement is to do a pre-employment assessment for a wide variety of roles with minimal support then this is the right one for your team.

As I described, [WonScore Pre-Employment Testing (formerly Wonderlic Employee & Customer Surveys)] is very useful in screening candidates for smarts, motivation, and personality quirks. Wouldn't interview candidate without it now

• It's very easy to learn and use.
• Very helpful with selecting the right individual for the position needed.
• Ready-to-use test saves lots of time.

• Wish to have AI-based shortlisting feature.
• Analytics can be more advanced.
• Though tool has a lot of reports but to derive the value out of it is time consuming. Hope they improve in this aspect.

Extremely easy to use. I maintain a candidate spreadsheet for backup and entering a new candidate takes only a minute or less. System notifies me when candidate completes assessment as well as when a candidate scores strongly. Seamlessly integrated into my existing candidate procurement method.

There are many ways to reach the support team, and they went beyond their routine to support us in both adding technical features and content for tests.

I really never had to use support - maybe only a few times in more than 5 years. Any interaction I had was positive, solutions were immediate, responses were well crafted and easy to follow. The software really is fairly intuitive. Any issues that came up were easy to resolve in a quick, easy, pleasant conversation!

HirePro was more service oriented than product oriented. EYardstick had a lot of self help and very easy for a novice to pick and start using it. Most of the features are self explanatory. Also our demand was to cater to a wide variety of job roles. EYardstick helped us in assessments for BPO hiring to typing tests to core IT exams with 360 degree proctoring solution.

I have used Personnel Survey & Research Group tool (PSR), DISC, and Predictive Index (PI). None of them offer the balance of accuracy, valuable insights, and speed to results. The DISC system seems to be a simulation of the Predictive Index. The PI is the closest tool I have used to the value of WonScore. However, the WonScore Pre-Employment Testing gives a MUCH more valuable set of insights.

• Saved man-hours spent in interviews.
• Saved time in coordination and scheduling of telephonic interviews.
• Employment Pre-Assessment tests cost approximately $3 per test.

• Gives us a much better understanding of a candidate's future performance by understanding where they are today.
