Quick adaption came from the ease of use and that is why I would recommend it. If you need more robust cascading goal capabilities you might have to work at it

  • Although the old interface was easy, it still can become convoluted at times if an employee has multiple managers. They need to make it easier to for employees who have a manager and a top level manager that need to also see the review.
  • Reviewsnap's old UI does not allow for employees who have 2 same-level managers. This is an oversight that needs to be addressed.

  • Overall, we have enjoyed Reviewsnap as it gave us all the functionality and ease at a very reasonable cost. That will be abruptly disrupted on December 31, 2018. We will be forced to make a change.
