Fetcher is best suited to targeted roles with specific job titles, functional responsibilities, and other criteria (eg. years of experience, etc). It is less effective at sourcing for generalized titles, responsibilities, and overly broad roles.

I can manage candidates from the search to moving them to projects to messaging in one place, which makes it a more streamlined and efficient process. If a candidate does not respond to an outreach message from my LinkedIn recruiter mailbox, I can then send a connection request and a message directing them, to the recruiter message.

  • The scheduler is my most favorite part of Recruiter. Super easy and organized to use.
  • It also can integrate with my applicant tracking system when and if I hire from LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • The fact that you can see an applicants full profile gives more information than just a resume when selecting candidates to interview.

  • For some reason, whenever I click "View in Recruiter" it takes me to the project summary screen instead of that candidate's profile in Recruiter
  • It would be nice if candidates got automatically moved to the appropriate stage when an action is taken (ie "Contacted" after sending them a message)

Fetcher has been our #1 used tool on the Recruiting team over the last year. We have found significant value across the board compared to other tools we have tried.

LinkedIn Recruiter has the largest reach globally. I mean, if you're not on LinkedIn, do you even exist? ;) It is the only real game in town for one-stop-shopping for candidates. The service is premium, and so is the price. However, there is nothing that I'm aware of in the market that can compete.
