Overall Satisfaction with Linkedin Recruiter
I used LinkedIn Recruiter to access a global talent market of engaged professionals. I can search for, communicate with, and share the experiences of these professionals in order to fill critical open jobs at my company. The filters and search capabilities allow me to narrow down my search results to hone in on the specific skills I need in future candidates.
- Access to a global talent marketplace.
- Targeted searching.
- Ability to share candidates with hiring teams.
- Better "diversity" filters.
- More granular industry categories - product/consulting/services, etc.
- More contact info - or the ability to search for it in the LIR interface.
- It's a must have for reaching passive candidates.
- Love being able to identify candidates we may need in the future and saving them in a project.
- It's difficult to cut through the noise using Inmails since everyone is using the tool.
LinkedIn Recruiter has the largest reach globally. I mean, if you're not on LinkedIn, do you even exist? ;) It is the only real game in town for one-stop-shopping for candidates. The service is premium, and so is the price. However, there is nothing that I'm aware of in the market that can compete.
