I use LinkedIn Recruiter to source and hire candidates for multiple client openings. LinkedIn Recruiter helps connect various candidates across numerous skills. We face problems while searching on other job boards, specifically targeting years of experience or targeting specific Industries or companies. LinkedIn recruiter helps with these specific filters, which are not available on other job boards.
Pros
- With a large pool of candidates, we can look at both active and passive candidates in the Job market.
- Diverse filters help in targeting specific areas.
- AI Search.
- AI Messages drafting.
Cons
- There is no feature that allows you to find a specific keyword based on recent experience for a particular candidate.
- There is no feature if I want to target profiles with recommendations specifically.
- Job Titles should have (AND, OR features like Boolean search).
- Reduced cost in recruitment. As this is one stop hiring solution.
- We have reduced hiring time So we can target specific talent.
- Increase in hiring more diverse candidates.
- Improvement in the quality of candidates hired.
LinkedIn Recruiter provides a large pool of candidates across all these job boards and a vast number of filters that you can use to find specific talent. Features like Inmails do wonders in connecting with candidates. With the help of LinkedIn Recruiter, we are able to identify fake candidates or profiles.
