Alternatives Considered	Follow Up Boss I have used Guru. They are different since one is a CRM and the other is a knowledge base. Guru definitely has a lot of good features for finding good information, but it doesn't have the CRM features of Follow Up Boss, like calling, chatting, emailing, and classifying customers.
